1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Raasie service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Raasie provides an AI-powered chat widget platform that uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to answer questions based on your uploaded documents. The service includes document ingestion, semantic search, LLM-powered response generation, and an embeddable widget for your website.
3. Accounts & Access
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You may invite team members with owner, admin, or member roles
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
4. Plans & Usage Limits
Raasie offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Each plan has limits on the number of websites, storage, and monthly query volume. Exceeding your plan limits may result in throttled service until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
We reserve the right to modify plan pricing and limits with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all documents and content you upload to Raasie. We do not use your content to train AI models. Your content is processed solely to provide the service (chunking, embedding, retrieval, and response generation).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use the content you provide. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
6. API Keys & Widget Usage
API keys generated for your websites are your responsibility. Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code outside of the provided widget script tag. We may revoke API keys that are being misused or generating excessive traffic.
7. Prohibited Use
- Using the service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
- Attempting to circumvent plan limits or rate limiting
- Reverse engineering the service or its APIs
- Using the service to build a competing product
- Uploading malicious files or attempting to exploit the platform
8. Limitation of Liability
Raasie is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated responses, service downtime, or data loss beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
