Quick Start Guide
Get your first RAG-powered chat widget live in under 5 minutes.
1. Create Your Account
Sign up for a free Raasie account at raasie.com. No credit card required — the free plan includes 1 website, 2 documents, and 500 messages per day.
2. Create a Website
From your dashboard, click "Add Website" and enter your site's name and domain. Each website gets its own knowledge bases, widget configuration, API keys, and analytics — fully isolated from each other.
3. Upload Your Documents
Navigate to your website's Knowledge Bases section and create a knowledge base (e.g., "Product Docs" or "FAQ"). Then upload your documents — Raasie supports PDF, DOCX, HTML, and TXT formats up to 50 MB each. Documents are automatically chunked, embedded into 512-dimension vectors, and indexed for retrieval.
4. Configure Your Widget
Go to Widget Config to customize your chat widget's appearance and behavior. Set your brand colors, welcome message, suggested questions, and system prompt. Choose your preferred LLM provider (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, or OpenRouter).
5. Embed on Your Site
Copy the embed script tag from your dashboard and paste it into your website's HTML. That's it — your visitors now have an AI-powered chat assistant that answers questions using your own content.
