Creating an Organization

Set up your organization and invite your team to collaborate.

Sign Up

Create your account at raasie.com with your email and password. Your account will be linked to a default organization automatically.

Organization Settings

From the dashboard sidebar, navigate to Organization Settings. Here you can update your organization's name, view your current plan, and manage billing. Each organization has a unique slug used in URLs.

Team Roles

Raasie supports three team roles:

- Owner — Full control over the organization, including billing, plan changes, and team management. - Admin — Can manage websites, knowledge bases, and content. Cannot change billing or delete the organization. - Member — Can view websites and interact with the platform. Cannot modify settings.

Inviting Team Members

Invite team members by email directly from the dashboard. Navigate to Organization > Team and enter their email address. They'll receive an invitation to join your organization with the role you assign.

Plan Limits

Your organization's plan determines resource limits:

- Free ($0/mo) — 1 website, 2 documents, 500 messages/day - Starter ($10/mo) — 2 websites, 4 documents, 1,000 messages/day - Professional ($50/mo) — 5 websites, 10 documents, 5,000 messages/day, custom branding & analytics - Enterprise (custom) — Unlimited everything, dedicated support, SSO & SLA

Upgrading takes effect immediately.
